On Saturday, the lone senior on the Laker Bowling team, Clay Loveless, bowled his first-ever perfect game with a score of 300. For those of us that aren’t bowlers, this means that he bowled 12 consecutive strikes.
His previous personal record was set his freshman year with an outstanding score of 288. When asked how he felt after bowling a perfect game he said, “I was nervous but at the same time I was calm, I guess you could say I had faith in myself and I knew if I set my mind to it then I could accomplish my goal.” Congratulations to Clay Loveless for bowling a perfect game! We cannot think of a better way to go out on Senior Day at Laker Lanes!
