FFA Results from Regional Paperwork Day

On Thursday this week the RCHS FFA Chapter traveled to Adair County School’s Ag Facility to compete in Regional FFA Paperwork Day. Paperwork Day consists of electing regional officers for the year, nominating state officer candidates, and various competitions. FFA members worked diligently in preparation for this important competition. Many members won first place and superior ratings.

RCHS Junior, Elizabeth Jones, was named the 2019-2020 Lake Cumberland Regional President. She will be among other State Officer candidates who will be representing the Lake Cumberland Region this June at State Convention. Elizabeth says, “I am beyond excited to be the 2019-2020 Lake Cumberland Regional President. I woke up this morning in complete disbelief. I am so blessed and so honored. I cannot wait to host leadership conferences and be a part of the insanely talented leadership team. This opportunity puts me on the map to be a state officer and I cannot wait to see what my future has in store.”
