Technology Student Association Club is a National Club that is available to RCHS students interested in Engineering and Computer Science. TSA gives students a chance to use their science and math skills to compete in a variety of events.
TSA President Sally Ann Wilson presented to the Russell County Board of Education on Monday to give them information on the club’s purposes and plans. She spoke about their upcoming Cardboard Boat Regatta project and their Spring Robotics Camp. Club Vice President Clay Holder spoke on the Engineering Class and Architecture.
The TSA also has other goals for the future include a Robotics Club, programming a drone for a search and rescue mission, constructing a PVC kayak for a competition, and so much more.
TSA provides a club for those that enjoy putting their knowledge to the test and learning new techniques within the Engineering industry. This club has many plans for the future and hopes to continue to expand over time. If you are someone who would like to get involved in TSA or have any questions contact club sponsor Mrs. Carol Ackerman in room 132.
